Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 May 2026

These terms govern your use of babbycare.com. By visiting, reading, or subscribing to anything on this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, the simplest action is to close the tab.

Not medical, legal, or professional advice

Babbycare is a content site written by two parents — Sam & Mia — synthesizing published research, customer reviews, and our own experience. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Nothing is legal advice. Nothing is professional safety advice.

For anything affecting the health, safety, or development of a child or new parent, consult an actual qualified professional — your pediatrician, your OB-GYN, your pelvic floor PT, your therapist. We try hard to be accurate; we are not your doctor.

Affiliate links and recommendations

Most product recommendations on Babbycare are paired with affiliate links — we earn a commission if you buy. Our editorial promises are listed on the Affiliate Disclosure page: in short, we never accept payment for a positive review, and we say so when a recall or new evidence changes our recommendation.

Prices shown on Babbycare are estimates as of publication date. Click through to the retailer for the current price. We are not responsible for price differences, stock availability, or anything else outside our control on the seller's side.

Accuracy of product information

We synthesize hundreds of reviews and published sources for each piece, but specific product details (model numbers, batch dates, current ingredients) can change without notice. Always confirm the current product matches what we described before purchasing. For recall information, the official CPSC, FDA, or NHTSA notice is the source of truth — we link to it on every recall page.

Recall content

Recall pages on Babbycare are summaries of public safety notices issued by U.S. agencies (primarily the Consumer Product Safety Commission). We surface them in plain English; the official notice we link to is the legally binding version. If our summary differs from the official notice in any material way, the official notice wins — please tell us so we can correct ours.

Your content

We do not currently accept user-submitted content (no comments, no forum, no uploads). If we add such features in the future, these terms will be updated to govern them.

Disclaimer of warranties

Babbycare is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that content will be free of errors, or that the site will meet your specific needs. We work to keep things accurate, but we make no guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babbycare and its operators (Sam & Mia) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, products you bought through our links, or recommendations you followed. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $0 — you've paid us nothing, so this site cannot owe you more than nothing.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in U.S. courts. (We are a small two-person operation; we are not interested in litigation, and we hope you aren't either.)
